The machine is used in paper UV coating, use flexo UV glazing, use
gripper-paper feeding. The machine main used in spot UV as well as
full UV coating apply to both thick and thin paper (80-400g/m2).
All kinds of paper printed matter treated by this machine are not
only improving the smooth finish of surface, but also dampproof,
dustproof, sunproof and wear-resistant. It is widely used in the
surface treatment of various cards or packing boxes. It is the
ideal equipment for printing to improve printing quality.
Function introduction of each part
1.Paper Feeder Unit
Paper feeder unit has pre-stacking function, makes sure to feed
paper stably,has high continuity,avoids human influence.
Machine used flexo UV glazing, it could do spot and full UV
coating, as well as spot/full water varnish coating. Machine use
gripper-paper feeding to ensure the stability of paper delivery.
The glue roller is rotated in the same direction as the metering
steel roller, stepless adjustment of the speed of steel roller,
that is control the amount of oil to be greased.
The machine adopts infrared drying and UV curing.
I.R. drying equipped With 18 I.R. lamp (1.2KW), UV curing equipped
with 3 UV lamp (8KW). Automatic corrective adjustment greatly
The infrared lamp is equipped with an automatic temperature control
device to stabilize temperature and is equipped with fan assisted
cooling and drying.
In addition, the infrared drying box is equipped with automatic
lifting protection device.
Automatic paper collection unit
The automatic paper collection is provided with the right and left
paper trimming unite to make the paper tidy.
- Automatic feed and collect paper, high speed of printing.
- Drive adopts Teflon conveyor belt, low noise, auto-correction, to
prevent the deviation.
- Design a more reasonable fan cooling system to ensure the drying
effect of water-based light oil.
